Too Faced Shadow Insurance Review. If you wear eye makeup you should always use a eye shadow primer underneath. I can't stress this enough, it will make your eyeshadow looks so much brighter and more vibrant. Plus it will also keep your eyeshadow from creasing, sinking into your skin, and smearing. Normally I wear Urban Decay Shadow Primer but since I was running low I decided to give this a try.

What Too Faced Says It Does: This is your full-coverage insurance policy against all fading, creasing, melting, blurring, oil slicked, and hard-to-blend eyeshadow accidents. Our silicone based eyeshadow primer transforms any eyeshadow into a perfectly blendable, color-drenched, intensified version of itself, then locks it down perfectly until you take it off. This soothing formula evens out the skintone on your lids and smoothes lines while securing a barrier between the oils of your skin and your makeup, so no shadow catastrophes will ever happen again.

What I Say It Does : In my personal opinion it doesn't matter if you use this or the Urban Decay because they are both good at keeping your eyeshadow where its suppose to be. On your lid! Now I will say that the Too Faced does make the eyeshadow a bit more vibrant and it's easier to put on then Urban Decay ( due to it's wand) but both work really well at keeping the eyeshadow from creasing, and fading away.

I got a sample of this from Sephora and love it. I think I will get a full size soon. I found UD irritated my eyes for some reason.

I've really been meaning to invest in this e/s primer! I've been using MAC's painterly paint pot and sometimes, for a more vibrant or shimmery look, I'll use my Urban Decay. But I don't use it too often b/c I'm trying to save some product. I am not cutting the container open! I think it's terrible packaging.

I'll be getting the two faced e/s insurance soon!

I so much prefer the UDPP. Seriously, its the better product. My eyelids dont crease at all. TFSI its and average one, unfortunately it didn’t do much for me:(
