Mac Makeup Art Cosmetics Swatches and Review. Hey guys first I want to apologize for not doing this sooner I've been so busy organizing my makeup and things have been crazy at my house. Once I finally have things straighten out I'll finally do some pics of my makeup collection and maybe even a video we'll see. As for the Mac Arts Cosmetics collection I mainly picked up items from the " seen by Richard Philips collection. There were so many bright hues overall in this collection and to be honest It scarred my brown skin away from picking up certain colors. After all no one wants to look like a clown and and as brown skin girl I can't wear every color. I did mange to pick up one pretty pink eyeshadow from the "seen by Maira Kalman collection" called Maira's Mood it looks great on my brown skin.

Overall great collection. The lipsticks were so pretty and both blush shades gave a natural flush to the skin ( depending on your complexion of course). The eyeshadow quads were a mixture of shimmer and matte which create the perfect smokey eye. Look below to see swatches from the collection.

check out my blog to see how I used Photo Realism quad on girl just a tad bit lighter than you. She is an NC45! You'll LOVE it! That's my favorite quad for sure!

The light blush from Makeup Art Cosmetics looks like it would come off ashy on darker tones. Have you tried it yet and if so, do you like it?

it actually looks quite nice on darker skin. I'm in between a NC45 AND NC50 so it looks great on me. It's like the perfect flush to go with a smokey eye.
