Shiseido The Makeup Mascara Base Review. We all know that primers hold makeup on longer then any product could do by itself. A primer is essential to long wearing makeup and these days there are even primers for mascara. Surprised? To be honest I didn't know this myself and if you're not using a mascara primer you truly are missing out. Shiseido has a great mascara primer called the The Makeup Mascara Base, and you can read my full review of it below.

What
Shiseido Says it Does:
A clear base coat for eyelashes that improves mascara application and wear, as it boosts volume and curl. Adds dramatic definition to the eyes. Contains Multi-Nutrient Factor, an advanced moisturizer. Dermatologist- and ophthalmologist-tested.

What I Say It Does:
Pior to using the mascara base I had a huge problem with my mascara flaking off. I would have black fall out underneath my eyes, plus It didn't help that I almost always cry when I laugh. I was looking for a solution because I was not about to give up my mascara even though the fall out was no joke. I started using this and instantly it lengths the lashes and adds more volume. Then when you apply your mascara your lashes look even thicker, fuller, and longer because of this product. There's also no more fall out when I laugh and my mascara looks 10 times better. Ladies and maybe even some gents if you haven't already be sure to invest in a good mascara primer. Your mascara will look way better and last much longer than it normally would.
